Kim,
Argh! I knew this might come up, and certainly don’t want anyone who bought the book to feel “punished!”
One one hand, stores have “sales” or “incentives” all the time. Those sales aren’t intended to slight people who purchased one of their items previously, but rather to offer a new, short-lived, promotion to boost sales.
On the other hand, those previous customers might feel burned.
So I have a question for you: How do you think I should handle this? If I start giving away material to everyone who previously purchased the book, it might feel like the two-day bonus offer wasn’t for real. On the other hand, I have every desire to keep my customers satisfied. I’m open to your thoughts!
Thank you,
Brad

Hey, what about those of us who’ve already bought it before now? Seems like we’re being left out as punishment for not procrastinating. Boo.
🙂
